Advocacy: Who Was “The Kaopectate Kid?”

The Kerosene Kid and The Kaopectate Kid were noms de plume used by Joe Miller (1915–2007) in The Wild Cascades from 1969 – 1979, mostly to stop High Ross Dam and the flooding of Big Beaver Valley, efforts he and his wife Margaret were instrumental in.
